The Vision
Cygnet Films is a filmmaking ministry that operates out of Youth With A Mission – Perth, Western Australia. Our vision is to use film to communicate grace, hope, love, and truth, and to encourage people towards relationship with God..
We are called to connect with our audiance, articulateing through film the messages that are on God’d heart for individuals, families, communities, and the nations. We want to use film to touch hearts and stir thinking about God, self, and others.
We seek to train and disciple filmmakers to live in holiness and righteousness in our lives and in our production process. We want to bring God’s values to the arena of arts and communication.
Our Upcoming Projects
We completed our first film ‘Wongi Warrior’ in 2013, which was inspired by a true story of an Indigenous Australian World War II hero. We plan to focus on the Kimberley area of Western Australia for future projects, including our most recent project ‘Kimberley Spirit’ – aiming to reach the Indigenous youth.
